BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT Southwestern Bell Telephone Company be granted a permit to encroach
upon the right-of-way of Pearl and Broadway Streets for the.purpose of
the installation of soldier pilings for its building to be constructed
at the southeast corner of Pearl and Broadway Streets.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of _ 1975.
