WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and H. B. Neild & Sons, Inc. en-
tered into a certain agreement on'Feb ruary 13, 1974, to furnish all
labor, superintendence, material and equipment to perform all work
necessary to the construction of CIP Project No. 11-WU-01, which is the
Water Utilities Service Center; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 to said contract has been proposed,
under which said change order, H. -B. Neild & Sons, Inc. are to furnish
and install four (4") inch rubber cove base in Rooms 104,-105, 107, 11.11
112 and 122; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost of this change would be the additional
expenditure of $218.00, for a total revised contract cost of $713,758.00,
which amount of $218.00 is available within the CIP construction budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on be-
half of the City of Beaumont the above described change order to the
original contract, and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
