BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make payment
to the Texas Highway Department in the amount of Three Thousand Nine
Hundred Thirteen and 92/100 ($35,913.92) Dollars for aerial photographs
and planimetric plans in connection with the Delaware Street Revenue
Sharing Project.
