WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
brass nipples and tees for the warehouse for the Water Distribution
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Supply Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty and 25/100 ($1,830.25) Dollars
for the brass nipples and tees for the warehouse for the Water Distri-
bution Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Moore Supply Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Moore Supply Company in the amount of $1,830.25 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said brass nipples and tees
upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
