BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate a
contract and to execute said contract retaining Mr, Charles Kothe as a
labor relations consultant to the City of Beaumont, and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to attest to said contract and to affix the Seal
of the City thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
