BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be authorized to make payment to
Layne Texas Company in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred
Fifty -Eight and 07/100 ($13,658.07) Dollars for parts and labor to
repair the City of Beaumont's Loeb Well No. 1 located in south Hardin
County, Texas, north of Beaumont.
