BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of CIP
Project No. 11 -ST -07, the same being the construction of a four -lane
divided roadway .from East Lavaca to Florida Street, has been examined
by the City Council, and been found to be in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizenry, and said plans and specifications
are, in all respects, finally approved and adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of CIP
Project No. 11 -ST -07, the cost of said construction to be paid from
the CIP Bond Fund.
