BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for fabrication and delivery
of a fiberglass drafting -pumper test and training pit for CIP Project
No. 11-B-03, the same being the Fire Training Tower Facility, has been
examined by the City Council, and having been found to be in the best
interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry, and said plans and
specifications are, in all respects, finally approved and adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the fabrication and delivery
of a fiberglass drafting -pumper test and training pit for CIP Project
No. 11-B-03, the cost of said fabrication and delivery to be paid from
the CIP Bond Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
