R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were recieved for the furnishing of
roofing materials for the Tyrrell Park Golf Course Building; and,
WHEREAS, Coale Lumber Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty and No/100 ($1,220.00) Dollars for
the roofing materials for the Tyrrell Park Golf Course Building; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Coale Lumber Company is the lowest and best bid, and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coale Lumber Company in the amount of $1,220.00 be
accepted .by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said roofing materials upon
acceptable delivery and/or installation.
