BE.IT RESOLVED BY -THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF'BEAUMONT;
THAT Abe Millgram, Luke Honea, H. E. Brown, Jr., Bill Key and Larry
S._pillman are hereby appointed to serve on the Board of Equalization
for one (1) year from and after the date'of their qualification, or
until and unless otherwise provided by ordinance or resolution of the
City Council.
The Board of Equalization shall have the powers and duties as
conferred upon it by virtue of Article VIII, Sections 5 through 9 of
the Charter of the City of Beaumont, and each member shall receive as
compensation for his labor as such the sum of Fifty and No/100 C$50.00)
Dollars per day for each day he actually serves on said Board'in the
actual discharge of his duties asa member thereof_.
