BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute all
necessary documents to amend the City's group hospitalization policy
to show the premiums as follows:
Employee Only ----------------------- $17.85
With One Dependent ---------------- $21.30
With Two or More Dependents -------$36.18
This coverage with Cal Western Life Insurance Company becomes effective
beginning March 1, 1975.
