BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be authorized to make payment to
Miner-Dedrick Construction Company in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty -
Four Thousand Four Hundred One and 52/100 ($264,401.52) Dollars as par-
tial payment of the retainage fee for CIP Project No. 11-B-01,.which is
the Police and Municipal Court Building Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
