BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract to provide water and sanitary sewer facilities services for
Mobil Chemical Company located on U. S. 90 West of the Beaumont city
limits.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
