BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to compromise
the case of J'o'e G. Perl,' et al', vs'. Ci't'y 'of 'Beaumont,- e't al, No. A-
99,679, pending in the District Court of Jefferson County, Texas, by
agreeing to establish the tax assessments for the properties in ques-
tion in the suit at the assessment established by the 1974 Board of
Equalization for the year 1974.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
