R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to compromise the case of City of Beaumont vs. Johnny Earl Maddox,
No. E-992278, now pending in the District Court of Jefferson County,
Texas, said suit to be settled for the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hun-
dred Forty -Seven and 50/100 ($2,747.50) Dollars in court costs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
