BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF-BEAUMONT;
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to take in-
formal bids and purchase as an emergency item one (1) control box
for the control of traffic signal devices.. This is an emergency item
in that the City of Beaumont presently.has no stand-by or substitute
traffic signal boxes should an existing control box be damaged or be-
come defective. The appropriate City Official is authorized to make
payment for said control box upon acceptable delivery and/or installa-
tion.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
