R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council received bids for site work
on the Athletic Complex ; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of L. 0. Block in the amount of Two
Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six IIundred Twenty Six and 25/100
($298,626.25) Dollars was the lowest and best bid on said
Athletic Complex;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of L. 0. Block in the amount of $298,626.25
is.her.eby accepted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be,
and he is hereby, authorized'to execute a contract with L. 0.
Block for said site work, and the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized to attest to same and to affix the seal
of. the City of Beaumont thereto; payment of same to be from
proceeds received from the sale of Central Park.
