WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. has completed the widening of Holly-
wood Street between Eleventh Street and Interstate Highway 10 adjacent
to the new building of Kinsel Ford, Inc. and the installing of related
drainage facilities, and Kinsel Ford, Inc. desires that these improve-
ments be accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the widening of Hollywood Street between Eleventh Street and Inter-
state Highway 10 adjacent to the new building of Kinsel Ford, Inc. and
the installing of related drainage facilities, be, and the same are here-
by, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained
by the said City.
