R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a new lease agreement with Mr. Lee Sheffield for non, -exclusive fixed
base operations at the Beaumont Municipal Airport; and that the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to'attest to said lease agreement and to
affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
