R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
lease of Fair Park for a term of five (5) years to the Young Men's
Business League (Y.M.B.L.) for the South Texas State Fair, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said lease contract and
to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
