BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the site work including
roads, underground drainage and grading on the Athletic Complex Pro-
ject located at the southwest corner of Langham Road and College Street
(U. S. Highway 90), having been examined by the City Council, which be-
lieves same to be in the"best interest of the City of Beaumont and its
citizenry, are in all respects, finally approved and.adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for site work on said project
and for approximately 1,200 feet of 30 -inch reinforced concrete pipe
for installation in Langham Road to serve as an outfall storm sewer for
said project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of JL 1975.
