R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT that certain claim of Greer Construction Company
of damages occasioned by the delay in the issuance of a work
order of the College Street CIP Project 11 -ST -02, such claim
being more specifically stated in letters dated October 24,
1974, and December 13, 1974 from ;Greer Construction Company, be
compromised and settled for the sum of $16,180.76, but that
this compromise and settlement, as herein authorized, be con-
tingent upon the execution and delivery by Greer Construction
Company of a release of all claims relating to said project in
a form satisfactory to the City Attorney.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the h day
of 1975.
