BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager be authorized to negotiate a
change order in the City contract with J. C. N. Pavers, Inc.
for a modification of the Dowlen Road Project to accommodate
a median break to service businesses between Calder Avenue
and Phelan Boulevard on Dowlen Road, providing that such
change order shall,not.exceed the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND
N0/100 ($5,000.00) DOLLARS.
