R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized
to retain professional assistance for surveys, title work, and
appraisals of `the"east 1/2 of- Lot ll,of Block 2 of the Flowers
Addition to The City of Beaumont, commonly known as 415 Neicy
Street, for the public purpose of uses accessory to a fire
station; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized to commence negotiations with the
owners of said tract of land.
