A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1973, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in.'' the amount of $25.42., including all
costs of recording, covering Lot Nos.,SEVENTEEN (17) and EIGHTEEN
(18) in Block No. FOUR(4), LAMAR ADDITION, to the -City of Beaumont
Jefferson County, Texas, which said,l.ien is.recorded in the M & L
Records of said County in Volume 1483 at Page 340 and
WHEREAS, MRS. H. F. KENNEY, the owner of said
property, desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the money
represented by said lien and have same released to her:'.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That -KEN RITTER,.Mayor, be, and.he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the said, .MRS. H. F..KENNEY, a release
of the above described lien, for and in consideration of the
sum of $25.42, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to
affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
