R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of the water-
proofing of the masonry walls of the Harvest Club; and,
WHEREAS, Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company sub-
mitted a bid in the amount of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty -Nine
and No/100 ($7,969.00) Dollars for the water -proofing of the masonry
walls of the Harvest Club; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company in the
amount of $7,969.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appro-
priate City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
waterproofing of the masonry walls of the Harvest Club upon acceptable
completion.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
