A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, on May 31, 1973, the City of Beaumont, Texas, did
file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas,certain lien;
in the amount of $41.60, including costs of recording, covering
TRACT 51 F, 5, 88/100 Ac, PLAT C-5, of the D. BROWN SURVEY to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said liens.are
recorded in the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1483,
Page 293; and
WHEREAS, MRS. W. A. GILMORE is the owner of said property
and desires to pay.to the City of Beaumont the monies represented
by said lien and have same released to her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver to the said MRS. W. A. GILMORE a release
of the above described lien for and in consideration of the sum
aforementioned,'receipt of'which is hereby acknowledged, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and --to
affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
