R 'S 0 L U T I 0 N'
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of fire hose
for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS,'Claude Wright &'Associates submitted a bid in the
amount of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ten and No/100 ($7,710.00) Dol-
lars for the fire hose for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Claude Wright & Associates is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Claude Wright & Associates in the amount of $7,710.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the.appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said fire hose upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
