R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1)
multiple rate chlorinator and one (1) single rate chlorinator for the
Water Production Department; and,.
WHEREAS, Fischer -Porter Company submitted a bid in the amount
of Five Thousand Six Hundred Four and No/100 ($5,604.00) Dollars for
the one multiple rate chlorinator and one single rate chlorinator for
the Water Production Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Fischer -Porter Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fischer -Porter Company in the amount of $5,604.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said one multiple rate chlorinator

and one single rate chlorinator upon acceptable delivery and/or instal-
lation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
