R E S 0 L U T 'I 0 N'
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
35,000 data mailers for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Business Forms submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy -Five and No/100 ($1,575.00) Dollars
for the 35,000 data mailers for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Gulf Coast Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Gulf Coast Business Forms in the amount of $1,575.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said 35,000 data mailers upon
acceptable delivery.
