(1) cash register for the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, Malloy's Cash Registers, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty -Four and 25/100 ($1,734.25)
Dollars for the cash register for the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Malloy's Cash Registers, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Malloy's Cash Registers, Inc. in the amount of $1,734.25
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said cash register upon accep-
table delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
