WHEREAS, the developers of Dowlen West Addition, Unit X, have
completed the water, sanitary sewer and street improvements serving
said addition according to the approved plans and specifications for
Dowlen West Addition, Unit X; and the developers of said addition are
desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the
City; and,

WHEREAS, the streets involved in this subdivision are as fol-
Weaver Drive from Shakespeare west to
the west lot line of Lot 1, Block 19;
and Madrid Drive from Shakespeare Drive
west to the west lot line of Lot 17,
Block 16.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Coun-cil
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water,sanitary sewer and street improvements serving Dowlen
West Addition, Unit X, as above described, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained
by the said City.
