WHEREAS, the developers of Folmar Place Addition have completed
the sanitary sewer, water and street improvements serving.said addition
according to the approved plans and specifications for Folmar Place
Addition,; and the developers of said addition are desirous of having
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the streets involved in this subdivision are as fol-
lows:
Dowlen Place from Dowlen Road eastward
within the Folmar Place Addition.
and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street improvements
serving Folmar Place Addition, as above described, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the said City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of.Beaumont this the
