BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ken Ritter, Mayor of the City of Beaumont, is hereby authorized
to execute five CS) deeds to property held in trust by Jefferson
County, said property being the same property as is described in Tax
Judgments numbered A-99.583, B-87155, A-91684, B-98536, and D-99897;
and, the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to accept
in behalf of the City of Beaumont, the City's pro rata portion for
the taxes due on said property as provided' in said Tax Judgments de-
scribed hereinabove.
