WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
electrical materials for the replacement of wiring to the garage on
Concord for the Fleet'Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, Nunn Electric Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty -Six and 89/100 ($1,166.89) Dollars
for the electrical materials for the replacement of wiring to the
garage on Concord for the Fleet Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by'Nuiin Electric Company is the lowest and„best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Nunn Electric Company in the amount of $1,166.89 be
accepted by the City of. Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said electrical materials
for the replacement of wiring.to the garage on Concord for the Fleet
Maintenance Department, upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
