RE S 0 LUT I'O'N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of two (2)
front and four (4) rear loading packer bodies for the Solid Waste
Department trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Pak -Mor Mfg. Company submitted a bid in the amount
of Forty Thousand and No/100 ($40,000.00) Dollars for the front and
rear loading packer bodies for the Solid Waste Department trucks;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Pak -Mor Mfg. Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pak -Mor Mfg. Company in the amount of $40,000.00 be
accepted.by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said two front and four rear
loading packer bodies upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
