BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a crossing agreement with the Southern Pacific Transportation Company
for the construction of the necessary timber crossing and installation
of signals for the, extension of Wooten Road across the Southern Pacific
Railroad tracks from Gulf Terrace.Addition;to College Street; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Official be
authorized to reimburse the Southern Pacific Transportation Company
for the actual cost of work performed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
