BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of Wooten
Road from Gulf Terrace Addition to College Street (U. S. Highway 90),
having been examined by the City Council, which believes the same to
be in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry, are,
in all respects, finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of
Wooten Road from Gulf Terrace Addition to College Street (U. S. Highway
90), the cost of such construction to be financed out of the street
portion funds of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of �LTj2 LEA2 1974.
