WHEREAS, final inspection -of the Sprott Park Recreational
Facility has been made and accepted by the Director of Parks and
Recreation; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department
recommends that final payment be made in.the amount of Four Thousand
Six Hundred Eighty -Four and 14/100_($4,684.14) Dollars to the con-
tractor, Mar -Len, Inc., and in the amount of One Thousand Three Hun-
dred Eighty -Three and 35/100 ($1,383.35) Dollars -to the architect,
Tom B. Livesay;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT. the appropriate City Official be authorized to make final payment
to Mar -Len, Inc. in the amount of $4,684.14, and to Tom B. Livesay in
the amount of $1,383.35 in regard to the construction and architecture
of the Sprott Park Recreational Facility.
