BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
lease -purchase agreement with Transco Company for providing the use
of two (2) used buses for the transit fleet of the City of Beaumont,
at a monthly rental of $125 each and a purchase price of $1,200 each.
