BE IT"RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign contract
modifications reflecting the new sewer rates, dealing with water and
sewer utility service to.the United States Army Reserve Center in Beau-
mont, Texas.
