BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
the necessary purchasing instrument and purchase from any available
source after informal bids the following street materials:
Cold Mix Asphalt
Hot Mix - Codd Lay Asphalt
Aggregate Coverstone
THAT said City'Manager is hereby authorized to make such purchases
of road materials as are necessary for City requirements up to and
including the amount of $1,999.99; and, that the City Manager is
specifically authorized to make said purchases of road materials
without the necessity of informal bids when the purchase price does
not exceed $1,000.00. -
