BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the Fire
Training Tower, the same being Capital Improvements Program Project
No. 11-B-03, in all particulars., and does further ratify the final.
payment of Twenty -Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy -Seven and 30/100"
($24,277.30) Dollars to the contractor as made under said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of ,19 74.
