R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make emer-
gency repairs on Solid Waste City Truck No. 603, at an approximate
cost of Seventeen Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($1,750.00) Dollars for a
transmission overhaul; City Truck No. 603 being a 1972 International
20 Cubic Yard Rear Loader.
