BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, be and he is hereby, autho-
rized-to
utho-rized to retain a consultant for the necessary engineering services
for the relocation of utilities at the interchange of Pine Street and
Interstate Highway 10.
