BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, is hereby authorized to
retain engineers and/or surveyors to perform necessary property or
right of way surveys for the various building projects and street
improvement programs under the CAP Bond Program; and that the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said agreements.
