BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, be and he is hereby, autho-
rized to execute a pipeline permit for Teffoil Corporation to install,
maintain, operate, replace or remove a two (2") inch gas line along
Comstock Road and Helbig Road in the City of Beaumont, according to
conditions as set forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
