WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Miner -Dederick Construction
Company entered into a certain agreement to. furnish all labor, superin-
tendence, material and equipment to perform all work necessary to the
construction of CIP Project No. 11-B-01, which is the Police and Muni-
cipal Court Building Project; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 to said contract has been proposed,
under which said change order certain changes will.be made in the plans
and specifications in the total additional sum of $4,371.19, which is
available within the Capital Improvements Program construction budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont the above described Change Order No. 3
to the original contract; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
