R'E'S 0 LUT ION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of electrical
supplies for the Traffic and Transportation Maintenance Shop for the
11th Street Project; and,
WHEREAS, Graybar Electric Company,.Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty and 69/100 ($1,380.69) Dol-
lars for the electrical supplies for the Traffic and Transportation
Maintenance Shop for the 11th Street Project; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Graybar Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of
$1,380.69 be accepted by the City of Beaumont; and the appropriate
City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said electrical
supplies upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
