R E S 'O L U T 'I O' N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1)
fume scrubber for the Water Reclamation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Eldridge Sales Co. submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Sixty -Nine and No/100 ($1,069.00) Dollars for the fume
scrubber for the Water Reclamation Department;. and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Eldridge Sales Co. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Eldridge.Sales Co. in the amount of $1,069.00 be ac-
cepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said fume scrubber upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
